Emotional First Aid and Collective Trauma Healing:
The Road to Resilience, Tolerance and Conflict Resolution

This interactive three-day workshop will provide valuable strategies for self regulation and for enhancing resiliency in the face of extreme and/or chronic stress and traumatic events. Intractable and aggressive conflicts seriously alter peoples nervous systems, polarize their emotions and compromise their ability to engage in reflective thinking and problem solving. Through the application of somatic experiencing and an understanding of
collective trauma, we provide a protocol and skills to develop increased tolerance, resilience and conflict resolution.
